Shipping

- Most items will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders that include a custom band embellishment will take up to an additional 3-4 business days shipping time.

Returns

- Due to the nature of our company and products, we do not accept returns at this time. All sales are final. If there is a mishap or damage due to shipping, please contact us and we will do everything we can to make it right. 

Custom Orders

- In order to provide a quality product with minimal wait time - custom orders will be determined on a case by case basis. Please reach out via our contact form with any custom requests, bulk orders, etc.

Care

- Should your hat become dirty due to daily wear, please take a damp cloth and gently wipe the area, then allow to air dry. Do not wash or dry hat. 

Hat Sizing

- All hats have an elastic band inside the crown to fit a range of head sizes. A size medium will fit most. To measure your head correctly, use a soft tape measure wrapped around your head making sure to keep it in the middle of your forehead and just above your ears. Don't pull too tight, or the hat will fit just as tight. If you don't have a soft measuring tape, you can utilize a string in the same manner. Once you have your circumference, lay the string flat and measure it's length.

• 24" and above circumference
